    pThr56

    Purpose

    Bcl-2 (phospho Thr56) Polyclonal Antibody

    Specificity

Phospho-Bcl-2 (T56) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Bcl-2 protein only when phosphorylated at T56.

    Purification

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen

    Immunogen

Synthesized peptide derived from human Bcl-2 Phospho-Thr56

    Isotype

    IgG
  • Application Notes

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:500-1:2000), IHC-P (1:100-1:300), IP (2-5 μg/mg lysate), IF (1:200-1:1000), ELISA (1:20000). Not yet tested in other applications.

    Bcl-2

    Background

Rabbit Anti-Bcl-2 (phospho Thr56) Polyclonal Antibody,BCL2, Apoptosis regulator Bcl-2,BCL2 encodes an integral outer mitochondrial membrane protein that blocks the apoptotic death of some cells such as lymphocytes. Constitutive expression of BCL2, such as in the case of translocation of BCL2 to Ig heavy chain locus, is thought to be the cause of follicular lymphoma. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.,Apoptosis regulator Bcl-2
