IHC: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.

IP: 2 - 5 μg/mg lysate

WB: Not recommended. ABIN7453495 has not performed satisfactorily when used for WB of HCA66 in crude preparations (e.g. whole cell lysate). This antibody can be used for WB of enriched (e.g. immunoprecipitated) sources of HCA66.

Background: Background: HCA66 (hepatocellular carcinoma-associated antigen 66) is also known as UTP6 and is a subunit of the UtpB subcomplex which is part of the SSU (small subunit) processome. HCA66 contains a HAT (half-a-tetracopeptide repeat) domain which is found only in proteins involved in RNA metabolism. HCA66 has also been identified as a component of the centrosome and as a regulator of gamma-tubulin.
