Application Notes original Clone: IARC307 has been used in ELISAs to bind to synthetic peptides of CRD1 region from several TCR Vbeta families of man and mouse (Marchalonis 2000).

Purification: Affinity Purified using a recombinant lectin column

Immunogen: Derived from normal B cells in peripheral blood of a Burkitt's lymphoma patient. Screened more than 60 culture supernatants from lymphoblastoid cell lines of normal origin, Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-carrying Burkitt lymphomas, EBV-negative Burkitt lymphomas and EBV-converted sublines of original EBV-negative Burkitt lymphoma human B-cell lines for their capacity to bind the synthetic peptide autoantigens. One lymphoblastoid B-cell line was identified, IARC307, that produces IgM kappa antibodies which specifically react with the CDR1 peptide corresponding to human Vbeta8.1 gene sequence.
