- Background
- Chickens were immunized with C-Myc peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity- purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase. The antibodies were conjugated with Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC). Specification: Prior to conjugation, the antibodies were analyzed by ELISA and Western blot analyses. The molar F/P ratio is 5.6.
