Characteristics: The antibody IVA103 reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD45R antigen (bovine), a single chain type I transmembrane glycoprotein (member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family), a restricted form of the CD45 family. CD45R is an essential regulator of T and B lymphocytes antigen receptor signaling and it is specifically expressed in hematopoietic cells.

Purification: Purified by protein-A affinity chromatography.
