Analytical Method: Quantitative

Sensitivity: The minimum detectable dose of IL-4 was determined by adding two standard deviations to the mean optical density value of 20 zero standard replicates and calculating the corresponding concentration from the standard curve. The minimum detectable dose of human IL-4 using a standard curve generated with Calibrator Diluent I is 6.6 pg/mL and using Calibrator Diluent II is 4.3 pg/mL.
