- Background
- MFAP3 contains 1 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. This protein is a component of the elastin-associated microfibrils. Recombinant human MFAP3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
