Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Storage: -20 °C,-80 °C

Background: CD19 is a 95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein that plays a central role in B cell activation and humoral immune responses.Functions as coreceptor for the B-cell antigen receptor complex (BCR) on B-lymphocytes. Decreases the threshold for activation of downstream signaling pathways and for triggering B-cell responses to antigens. Activates signaling pathways that lead to the activation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and the mobilization of intracellular Ca2 stores.

Molecular Weight: 34.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-60 KDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
