Purpose: Rabbit anti-rat IgG recognizes rat IgM mu heavy chain. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography.

Specificity: No reaction was observed against other rat or human heavy or light chain proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 0.4 % cross reactivity against rat IgG and rat IgA.
