Application Notes: Western Blot: 1/1000. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Does not work on frozen sections.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
