Application Notes
-
Approved: IP, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects STAT1 in RIPA lysates from human Jurkat, mouse CTLL and rat L6 cells. Jurkat cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-STAT1 (1 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 mg immunoprecipitated STAT1 from 500 mg of human Jurkat RIPA lysate. -
