Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western blot: Approx 110-120 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 118 kDa according to NP_004960.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Insulysin a band of approx. 110 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 µg/mL.
IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Lung shows cytoplasm staining of alveolar macrophages. Recommended concentration: 3-6 µg/mL.
