Application Notes Approved: Func, IHC-P (1:100), WB

Usage: Western Blot (MCF-7 and PC12 cells): 1:250-1:2000. MAP Kinase Activation and MBP Phosphorylation: 20-40 μL Immunoprecipitated active B-Raf from NGF stimulated PC12 cell lysates, as demonstrated in a coupled phosphorylation assay that used the enzyme immunocomplex to phosphorylate and activate unactive MEK1 which then phosphorylated and activated MAP Kinase 2 (MAPK2), leading to phosphorylation of the substrate protein myelin basic protein (MBP) in vitro.
