Application Notes In a functional ELISA which immobilized recombinant Human TNFRSF11A (Catalog # 16078-H08H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) in the plate, the Rabbit anti-Human TNFSF11 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # 11682-R001) can block the binding of 0.2 μg/mL of recombinant Human TNFSF11 (Catalog # 11682-HNCH) to human TNFRSF11A,the EC50 is 0.48 μg/mL, Immobilized recombinant Human recombinant Human TNFRSF11B (Catalog # 10271-H08H) at 2 μg/mL in the plate, the Antibody can block the binding of 0.2 μg/mL of recombinant Human TNFSF11 (Catalog # 11682-HNCH) to human TNFRSF11B ,the EC50 is 1.02 μg/mL.
The neutralization activity of TNFSF11 Neutralizing Antibody is Measured by its ability to neutralize TNFSF11 induced osteoclast-like cell formation in RAW 264.7 mouse macrophages. The Neutralization titer (IC50) is typically 4-16 ng/mL in the presence of 30 ng/mL Recombinant Human RANKL/OPGL/TNFSF11/CD254.
