Product Details anti-CD4 Antibody

Target Details CD4 Application Details Handling Images
Specificity Reacts with CD4 antigen. Has been assigned to the CD4 cluster of differentiation at the 3rd International Workshop in Boston (1986). The CD4 antigen is present on approximately 45% of peripheral blood lymphocytes (T4 lymphocytes), 80% of thymocytes and with a lower density on 100% of monocytes and on some neutrophils.
Characteristics MAb to CD4, Monoclonal antibody to Human CD4
Purification Protein A Chromatography
Immunogen Human thymocytes
Clone 13B8-2
Isotype IgG1
Fragment Chain kappa

Application Notes Suitable for use in flow cytometry (1:15-1:30). Use 20-l working dilution per/5x105 cells/test or 100 µL blood sample. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Restrictions For Research Use only
