Specificity
In IEP a single arc is observed against Human plasma. Identity has been confirmed by Double Diffusion against Human plasma and a known anti-Human Factor H.

Purification
Ammonium Sulphate Precipitation and Ion Exchange Chromatography.
Western blotting. Immunodiffusion. Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/200 as a guide). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
