ELISA. Indirect: To detect hNP-1 by indirect ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antibody, in conjunctionwith compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well ofrecombinant hNP-1. Sandwich: To detect hNP-1 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antibody, in conjunctionwith a biotinylated Anti-Human NP-1 (PP1112B) as a detection antibody, allows thedetection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hNP-1. Western Blot: To detect hNP-1 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of0.1- 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limitfor recombinant hNP-1 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition (ND50) of the biological activity of hNP-1 (100 ng/mL),a concentration of 0.40-0.60 μg/mL of this antibody has been used with previous lots. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Storage Comment
The lyophilized antibody is stable for one year from despatch at -20 °C. The reconstituted antibody is stable for two weeks at 2-8 °C. Frozen aliquots are stable for 6 months when stored at -20 °C.
