The Rat Monoclonal anti-Integrin beta 2 antibody is suitable to detect Integrin beta 2 in samples from Human and Dog. It has been validated for FACS, IP and IHC (fro).
Flow Cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: 1/1000 - 1/5000. Recommended positive control: Human Tonsil. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
