Immunhistology on Frozen Sections. ELISA. Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot (1/500-1/1000). In Western blotting of bacterial extracts the antibody has been shown not to cross-react with any endogenous products, although some cross-reactivity may be seen with extracts of insect or mammalian cells.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
