  • Application Notes
    Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:128000), WB (0.3 - 1 μg/mL)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 80kD band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 69.8kD according to NP_003352.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Williams et al, Hum Mol Genet. 2009 Aug 15,18(16):2963-74. PMID: 19465746). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL.
