ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL The detection limit for rhGlypican 6 is. ~7 ng/well. Flow Cytometry: 0.2 mg/mL. Add 10 μL to 2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL.
