Application Notes
-
Approved: ICC, IP, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitates FAK from 500 μg of murine 3T3 RIPA lysate. Positive control: F4209: Fibroblast Cell, 3T3/A31, use 20 μg per lane for minigels. -
