Application Notes
-
Approved: IP, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitates Cip1 from 500 μg of HeLa nuclear extract. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects WAF1, p21 in 20 μg of HeLa nuclear extract. HeLa nuclear extract was resolved by SDS PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with anti-WAF1, p21 (0.5 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Positive control: HeLa nuclear extract. Use 20 μg per lane for minigels. -
