Specificity
- Recognizes human cdk4 protein present predominantly in G1 phase of cell cycle. It does not cross-react with cyclins. In immunohistochemical application on frozen sections of head and neck carcinoma (oropharynx and hypopharynx carcinoma) the antibody shows distinct nuclear staining, especially in tumor areas of enhanced proliferation.

Purification
- Protein A purified
-
Immunogen
-
Human recombinant full-length cdk4 polypeptide.
Type of Immunogen: Recombinant protein -
