The antibody also recognizes native estrogen receptor in both the inactive 8S oligomeric state, when activated to 4S and whether unbound or bound to ligand. Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat and hamster.

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Gel Mobility Shift Assay, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot (ECL): 2 μg/mL. Gel Mobility Shift Assay: 20 μg/reaction. Immunoprecipitation: 20 μg/100 μL beads. We recommend that protein A Sepharose be used as immunoabsorbant with a bridging rabbit anti-mouse IgG to ensure efficient binding of the antibody.
