Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1:2000. Using lysate from 2x10^4 transfected CHO cells. 4-12 % SDS-PAGE gel used, proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane. Immunohistochemistry: 1:20. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL stained neutrophils and platelets from human blood smears. - Comment
