Specificity
- Recognizes the high molecular weight form (220kD) of the human leucocyte common antigen (CD45RA). CD45RA is expressed by B lymphocytes, a subset of T lymphocytes, but not by granulocytes. Species cross-reactivity: Rhesus monkey. Does not cross-react with rat tissues.
