- Application Notes
- Suitable for use in ELISA (capture antibody at 20- g/mL), Western blot (1- g/mL) and Toxin Neutralization. Neutralizes Vero Cell toxicity of E. coli O157:H7 extracts when used at a 5 µg/mL concentration. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
