- Binding Specificity
- Internal Region
- Reactivity
- Human
- Host
- Goat
- Clonality
- Polyclonal
- Application
- ELISA, Western Blotting (WB)
- Specificity
- This antibody is expected to recognize all reported Y-linked isoforms (NP_116753.1, NP_116754.1, NP_116755.1) and all reported X-linked isoforms (NP_055337.1, NP_055337.1, NP_116750.1, NP_116751.1).
- Purification
- Protocadherin X antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
- Immunogen
- Protocadherin X antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of Protocadherin X.
-
- Application Notes
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band in human brain (amygdala, hippocampus, Substantia nigra) lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. The 75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
