Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western Blot: Approximately 45 kDa band in human heart lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.4 kDa according to NP_000222.1. The 45 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
