Purification: DCX antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogen: DCX antibody was raised against an 11 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of DCX (aa 232-242).

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 45 kDa band observed in mouse fetal brain lysates (calculated MW of 49.3 kDa according to human NP_000546.2 and 40.6 kDa according to human NP_835365.1 and mouse NP_001103692.1). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL.
