  • Application Notes
    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Approx 50 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) and Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 49.9 kDa according to Mouse NP_034407.2 and Human NP_002046.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 g/mL. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Cerebelum shows specific staining of astrocytes. Recommended concentration, 2-4 g/mL. Enzyme immunoassay: Sandwich-type ELISA with increasing amount of recombinant GFAP captured by a rabbit antibody. Recommended reporter concentration: 5-10 μg/mL.
