Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approximately 170 kDa band observed in rat renal cortex membranes (calculated MW of 149 kDa according to rat NP_596902.1 and 150 kDa according to human NP_005836.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human prostate shows strong cytoplasmic staining in small flat basal cells and weak cytoplasmic staining in the columnar secretory cells of the epithelium. Recommended concentration, 2-4 μg/mL.
