Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Approximately 38 kDa band in human spleen lysate and an approximately 26 kDa in human lung lysate after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. The bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
