- Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
- Purification
- EPB41L2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
- Immunogen
- EPB41L2 antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of EPB41L2 (aa 593 to 604).

- Application Notes
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 110 kDa band observed in human cerebellum lysates (calculated MW of 113 kDa according to NP_001422.1). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. an additional double band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 38-40 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
