Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 55 kDa band observed in human bone marrow lysates (calculated MW of 56.8 kDa according to NP_001444.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human kidney shows nuclear staining of some cells in the glomeruli. Recommended concentration, 3 μg/mL.
