This Monoamine Oxidase A antibody is un-conjugated
Application
Western Blotting (WB), ELISA
Purification
Monoamine Oxidase A antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
Monoamine Oxidase A antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of Monoamine Oxidase A.

Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 70 kDa band observed in lysates of human heart and kidney fibroblast cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 60.0 kDa according to NP_000231.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. an additional faint band of appox 85 kDa was consistently observed, however this band was not blocked by the immunizing peptide and it is therefore a non-specific signal. We call for caution when used for other assays than Western Blot.
