Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 80-90 kDa double band in human placenta lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining.7 kDa according to NP_001040625.1. The 80-90 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
