Immunogen
Perilipin antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region (near the C-Terminus) of Perilipin.
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approximately 60 kDa band observed in human adipose lysates (calculated MW of 56.0 kDa according to NP_002657.2). Recommended concentration: 0.01 μg/mL.
