- Application Notes
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments (at 0.2 μg/mL) gave a strong band at approximately 20-25 kDa band in human muscle lysates. Approximately 14 kDa band observed in K562 lysate (calculated MW of 14.2 kDa according to NP_002613.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 37 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
