Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 70 kDa band observed in human duodenum and human Ileum lysates (calculated MW of 60.2 kDa according to NP_061841.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 110 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
