Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Approximately50 kDa band observed in human testis lysates (calculated MW of 53.3 kDa according to NP_005870.2). Recommended concentration: 2.0 μg/mL. an additonal band of unkown identity was also concistently observeved at 38 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
