Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Approximately 60 kDa band in human brain (cerebral cortex and frontal cortex) lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining.1 and of 136 kDa according to NP_001120703.1. The 60 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
