- This 19 aa rat immunogenic peptide has 100 % sequence homology with rat AVP1a receptors (394, 395, and 424 aa), 84 % with mouse, 68 % with human, and 52 % with sheep AVR-V1a receptors. However, no significant similarity is seen with AVP V1b or V2 or V3 receptors.
