Product Details anti-Keratin 5/6 Antibody

Specificity: Recognizes human cytokeratin 5. Demonstrates cross-reactivity with cytokeratin 6. Demonstrates weak cross-reactivity with cytokeratin 4 on immunoblots. Does not cross-react with cytokeratins 1, 7, 8, 10, 13, 14, 18 or 19. Recognizes basal cells and a part of stratum spinosum in the normal pavement epithelium.
