Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (2 - 4 μg/mL), WB (0.5 - 1 μg/mL)

Usage: ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 2-4 μg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/mL of recombinant human NAP-2 when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human NAP-2 (LS-C104604) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1 μg/mL. Western Blot: To detect hNAP-2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.5-1 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hNAP-2 is 0.5-1 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
