Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: 1/32000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 50 kDa and 25 kDa in HumanKidney lysate after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find anexplanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the predicted sizes of 41.0 kDaaccording to NP_036320 (isoform a) and 30.0 kDa according to NP_65892(isofrom b). The bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizingpeptide. Immunohistochemistry: This product has been successfully used in Mouse Epididymus.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
