Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic peptide of ATG5.
Specificity
This antibody is selective for the full-length and calpain cleaved isoform proteins. The short isoform is missing a.a. 1-79. The calpain cleaved form of ATG5 is missing a.a. 195-275.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) (2.5 μg/mL) Western Blot (1:500) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
