Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Spleen. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 11 kDa band observed in Human Lung lysates (calculated MW of 10.8 kDa according to NP_002955.2). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
