Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.2-1.5 μg/mL. Approx 40 kDa band observed in human lymph node lysates(predicted MW of 30 kDa according to NP_573568). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
